These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Spy mobile application ("Spy", "the app", "we", "our"), developed and maintained by Ilia Tiurin ("the developer") and distributed through the Apple App Store. By installing, accessing, or using Spy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Spy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the app. If you are using the app on behalf of others (for example, hosting a party game), you are responsible for ensuring those participants are aware of the relevant rules and age ratings.
Spy grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:
The app is licensed, not sold, to you. In addition to these Terms, your use of Spy is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA in respect of your use of an application obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail to the extent of that conflict. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Spy offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional content and features. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not see or store your payment details.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period unless you cancel it no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of the purchase and upon each subsequent renewal. You may manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — it must be cancelled separately through the settings section above. Except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable.
When using Spy, you agree not to:
Some optional content packs (for example, the "18+" pack) contain adult themes. You are responsible for selecting content appropriate to your audience and for reviewing the app's age rating in the App Store before allowing minors to play. The developer is not responsible for content selected and shared by players during gameplay.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app. Continued use of Spy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
